Alternative Raspberry Pi Sense-Hat installation with Ribbon Cable

While installing the sense-hat on my Raspberry Pi 2 Model B, I noticed that the temperatures were off by 10 degrees as the the Pi heated up. I had a Pi Hut Heatsink installed.

While installing a Waveshare 7 inch Capacitive Touch Screen LCD 1024×600 monitor with a PI Sense-Hat on Raspberry PI2 Model B, I ran into the problem that after successful Sense-Hat install the LCD stayed permanently on.
